Mission Statement: "To be a resource in the scientific research and development of propagation and restoration techniques for coral species while raising awareness of the role of the reef ecosystems on the Earth." Vision Statement: "To reduce the demand on aquatic natural resources by instructing the propagation, production and restoration techniques for various invertebrates and coral species for commercial consumption and for replenishment of those resources in decline in the natural environment."
